Brewing Tips

Super Sonic / El Colibri

First, pour water into the drip coffee bag until it is half full to allow the coffee to degas. Then, fill it three more times to the full capacity of the drip bag. After that, it’s ready to drink.

 


EL Morito Red Gesha 

Use 95°C hot water, 200g in total.

The total brewing time is 3 minutes.

Gently shake the filter bag at the 1:00 and 3:00 marks to agitate it and extract more flavors.

 

After extraction, a slight residue of fine coffee particles in the cup is normal.

 


Hacienda La Florida Gesha

Use 95°C hot water, 200g in total.

The total brewing time is 5 minutes.

Gently shake the filter bag at the 1:00, 3:00, and 5:00 marks to agitate it and extract more flavors.
