Echo is a carbonic maceration process that incorporates dried coffee cherries during fermentation to enhance the coffee’s viscosity and mouthfeel. This particular lot was famously used by Berg, the Taiwanese representative at the World Barista Championship (WBC), and in the 2024–2025 competition season, it helped competitors from three different countries win their national championships. This speaks volumes about the allure and quality of Echo.
Finca Deborah – Echo is one of the top-tier Geisha lots from the renowned Finca Deborah in Panama. Celebrated for its avant-garde processing techniques and extraordinary flavor complexity, Echo stands out in the world of specialty coffee not only as a high-scoring competition coffee but also as an artistic expression of taste.
