Finca El Alisal – Loja, Ecuador

For the past two years, Oasis has partnered with Finca El Alisal, sourcing coffees grown at exceptional altitudes in Ecuador’s Loja province. These elevations nurture beans with extraordinary sweetness, a hallmark of the estate’s terroir.

During roasting, the beans’ high sugar content develops quickly, creating layers of flavor that remind us of Panama’s northernmost Jurutungo region. Each cup reveals syrupy fruit sweetness, honey, delicate caramelization, and a lingering finish reminiscent of fermented grapes or brandy—nuances found only in coffees of remarkable sweetness.
