Theme: The Role of Pure Water in Brewing
At Oasis, all three of our cafés brew coffee with carefully calibrated water—created by blending pure water + fixed minerals + set alkalinity levels.
Last month, during a calibration test, we compared two different pure water sources:
The results sparked great interest among participants. So this month, we’ll share this experiment at our cupping!
On October 12, you’ll taste coffees brewed with water prepared from both sources and discover how different pure waters affect sensory perception in the cup.
