December 14 – Oasis’ Final Cupping of 2025!

 

Last month, our theme focused on grinding, where we used both the Weber EG-1 and the FM Grinder.

By keeping grind size and RPM constant, everyone was able to experience how different grinders can create distinct sensory results.

 

This month, we’re taking the grinding topic one step deeper.

Our focus this time: RPM 

 

In each cupping set, you’ll taste two bowls side-by-side:

 

  • one ground at high RPM
  • one ground at low RPM

 

This will help you better understand how grinding speed influences flavor and perception in the cup.

We will also introduce each coffee’s origin, processing method, and the Oasis grading and roast-level system.
