Champagne Supernova

This coffee represents Oasis’s ideal expression of an espresso-based black coffee. We hope it delivers a clean citrus-like acidity, the sweetness of fruit candy, and as much floral character as possible.

(To achieve this, we mostly use washed or exceptionally clean natural Ethiopian coffees. Depending on the season, “CS” may be a single-producer lot or a blend of coffees from two different producers.)
