【The Timing V6】Brewing Workshop

Hello, this is Yuta.
We’ll be hosting our next Brewing Workshop on December 23!
This is Oasis’ sixth Brewing Workshop of the year, and I’m truly grateful that every session allows us to explore brewing concepts more deeply together.
In the November V5.0 workshop, we focused on the spatial relationship between dripper, grounds, and water, and practiced one-on-one brewing with the A1, A2, and A3 targets.
We also spent time training how to improve extraction by controlling only water temperature and timing, which helped many participants refine their brewing intuition.
One returning student shared that during his first workshop, the concepts felt very deep and challenging to apply immediately. But in the V5.0 version, he was surprised by how many practical techniques and actionable frameworks he gained.
Now we’re approaching the final workshop of 2025.
In 2026, Oasis will be hosting fewer workshops as we focus on preparation for the World Brewers Cup.

Full-day participants who have attended a previous workshop will receive a NTD 1,000 refund on the day of the course.
