OOKOST zouzhouyuan

“Ookost” means “little children” in the Tsou language.

This coffee is a blend of all the varieties grown by Tsou Zhu Yuan in 2025 — primarily SL28, SL24, Typica, and Gesha — and carefully screened to a similar size. It represents the “little ones” that the land nurtured throughout the year.

The flavor starts with a bright Kenya-like acidity, reminiscent of currants, followed by a hint of Gesha-like sweetness, and finishes with a note of oolong tea.
